About Us
Headlight is a student run newspaper run out of Marblehead High School and published weekly in the Marblehead Reporter. It features articles from students in all grades at the High School on topics varying from TV Shows new to the Fall Season to the transition to the High School from Middle School to the hopes for a new year. Anyone can write for Headlight (just submit it to our email: headlight_mhs@yahoo.com) and if you have a question or comment about it – or have an article idea you would like to submit – please feel free to fill out a contact form on our Contact Page and submit an idea or even fill out a survey about anything on the Surveys page! Feel free to read our various articles (categorized under Current News) and the blogs that accompany them. Our website is updated every Thursday afternoon with new content and the newest Headlight issue, be sure to come back then! But for now, we hope that you enjoy the site, and read lots from our history!
The Headlight website was created by webmaster Alex Kerai, freshman, and is maintained by him as well. Our Editors-in-Chief for this year are Grace Perrry and Dan Rosenberg! As always, we are thankful to our wonderful faculty advisor Mr. Thomas Higgins!

Headlight is now on Marblehead Patch!
Over the past few weeks, Headlight's webmaster Alex Kerai has been trying to get viewership for the Headlight website go up. He organized the contest for Headlight a month ago which helped the website achieve record viewership (between 240 - 300 people viewed it in a three day span) and spread the word. But now he has managed to get the website on the Marblehead Patch, a website which publishes up to the minute news. Kerai first got the idea once he had succeeded in getting the website advertised as a link on the Marblehead Reporter's website. The only Marblehead news website left was the Patch. The editor at Patch, Mr. Owen Boss, was very helpful in getting Headlight set up and getting the articles published. We are grateful to him and we hope that you will check us out on Patch. As with our website here, we update every week! Check back next week for more content and news...
